Budget Birdies is a small, independent business selling hand-checked, second-hand golf balls, collected from the West Midlands. We are not affiliated with Titleist, Callaway, Srixon, TaylorMade or any other manufacturer named on this site; brand names are used only to describe the genuine second-hand balls we sell.
Every ball is second-hand and hand-graded as A+ or B. Grading is a judgement call on condition, not a manufacturer standard; see our FAQ for what each grade means. Minor variation between balls of the same grade is normal.
All prices are in GBP and include free UK delivery, with no hidden charges at checkout. Payment is taken securely through PayPal. We do not see or store your card details. An order is confirmed once payment is received.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Orders are posted by tracked courier, usually within a few working days of payment. Delivery times shown on this site are estimates, not guarantees.
Every ball is hand-graded in limited quantities, so a listing can occasionally sell out faster than the site updates. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll contact you and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email budgetbirdies@outlook.com to let us know, then return the balls to us. Once we receive them, we'll refund you in full, including delivery.
If a ball doesn't match its stated grade, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
We're a small business and these balls are sold for recreational use. We're not liable for indirect losses arising from your order.
We may update these terms occasionally. The version shown here at the time you order is the one that applies.
