When you order, we ask for your name, email address and delivery address through the checkout form. This is passed to PayPal to complete your payment and address your parcel; it is not stored on our website.
We never see or store your card or bank details. Payment is handled directly by PayPal.
Only to process your payment, address and dispatch your order, and contact you if there's a problem. We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't sell or rent your information.
To save you re-typing your details next time, this site can store your name, email and address locally in your own browser, so your checkout form pre-fills. This stays on your device only, and is never sent to us until you submit an order. You can clear it any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website.
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
PayPal, to take payment and arrange delivery, and our delivery courier, to get your parcel to you. We don't share your data with anyone else.
We don't keep a separate customer database. Email correspondence about your order is kept only as long as needed to resolve it.
